Becoming a Part of Summit Academy.

If, after having read through our site, you’re still interested in applying for a spot for your child at Summit Academy, your next step is to contact us at: jsalazar@cplivinged.com. We will then provide you with the opportunity to go through our online application form and answer some important questions that will help you think through your partnership with Summit. There is a $30 per child/$80 family max application fee payable upon submission.

Once we receive your application, we will review it and then contact you to set up an in-person interview. Our purpose is in this interview is to determine if we are a good match for each other and if a successful partnership can be formed.

Once your application is approved, you will receive an enrollment packet and receive individualized coaching in enrolling each of your children in the Summit Academy program.

    3. Submit admission fee payment via cash/check/Venmo or PayPal (only PayPal can be accepted via the homeschool life website) All other admission application payments can be sent by mail or to the CPLE Venmo: @cplivinged@gmail.com
